Raimy Khalife-Hamdan (she/her)
Clinical Intern

Raimy (she/her) is a Master’s student in clinical social work at the University of Chicago. Before training as a therapist, she built a career in foreign policy and international development, working across languages, countries, and systems of meanings. This background shapes her understanding of how social, cultural, and political worlds impact our inner worlds, including patterns and pain that may be carried across generations.
Raimy is interested in Psychodynamic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches, as well as the ways mind, body, relationships, and meaning intersect in our lives. She is drawn to work that moves beyond symptom management to help people better understand themselves and their relationships, navigate periods of transition and overwhelm, and develop a deeper sense of grounding and inner peace.
In her emerging clinical practice, Raimy approaches each person with curiosity about their knowledge and lived experience. She hopes to create a space where clients can explore their relationships, family histories, patterns, and values, and develop greater self-understanding and clarity about the lives they want to build.
She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
